1. 应用( Application ):
1.1医药、食品、化工等行业进行以下物料干燥:
For drying following material in medical , food , chemical industries :
1.2适用于散粒状、粉状物料。
Suit for the material like granule, powder .
1.3要求低温干燥的热敏性物料。
Suit for thermosensitive materials which need low temperature drying .
1.4要求大批量,低终水分的物料。
Suit for large capacity , low moisture content of final product .
1.5要求处于流化状态干燥的物料。
Suit for the material need to dry in fluid mode .
2.特点( Features ):
2.1沸腾床干燥机可实行自动化生产,是连续式干燥设备。干燥速度快,温度低,可以符合药品生产 GMP 要求 。
沸腾床干燥机 can work in automatic mode , can run in batch mode and continuous mode , fast drying speed , low temperature , can designed according to GMP .
2.2热源可以使用蒸汽、电、燃气、燃油热风炉等。
Heat source can be Steam , Electric , LPG ,Oil ,etc….
2.3沸腾床可以增加内置换热器实现内加热功能 ,提高工作效率。
沸腾床干燥机 can with inner heating function , improve the efficient of the dryer.
2.4沸腾床可以内置搅拌功能,避免易结块物料团聚。
沸腾床干燥机 can with blending function to avoid easy Agglomeration material reunite .
2.5沸腾床可以做成闭路循环加热式,可以利用惰性气体作为热源载体,干燥易燃易爆物料。
沸腾床干燥机 can be running in inner circling mode , can use Inert gas as the heat carrier to dry Flammable and explosive material .
